Why do I need to register to shop?

Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders and refunds online.

 

By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?

No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter.

If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time.

 

By registering, will you pass my details on to any other companies?

No, we will not pass your details on to other companies.

 

How I can register to the website?
From the landing page of the website, click on ‘REGISTE/|LOGIN’.  Supply the form with a valid email address followed by other registration details (i.e. name, address etc) and click ‘Register.’  A successful registration will automatically log you into the website and you will receive a welcome email.

 

Why I did not receive my login and password details?
If you did not receive your login details after registration, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder.  If the message is not in any of these folders, please notify our customer support.

 

What If I forget my username or password?
If you forgot your password, click on ‘REGISTER/LOGIN’ and click on the link ‘Forgot your password?’  Give the email address associated with your account.  After a few minutes, you will receive an email on how to reset your password.

If you forgot your email address, please contact customer support and we will email it to you.

 

 

How do I change my personal information in the website?
Click on ‘REGISTER/LOGIN’ and login with your valid email address and password.  Click on ‘Your Account’ which is located on the header section of the webpage.  Click on ‘personal information’ hyperlink and the form displays with all your personal information ready for modification.

Why can’t I login to the website?
If you cannot login to the website, please ensure that you are typing the correct email address and the valid password.  If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to reset it.
If all attempts failed to log you in to the website, please contact customer support.

 

How can I purchase items from your website?
In order to purchase from our website, you need to register with a valid email address. Afterwards, you can view all products and the associated information.

What is the freight charge?
Within Australia, freight charges are calculated on post code, order value and weight /size. Our customer service will confirm the exact postage for your purchase after you have successfully submitted your order.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Can I cancel an item from my order?

In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel an item from your order but we can only do this by telephone.
You need to call us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late.

 

You confirmed my order but I have now received an email saying one of the items is out of stock. Why is this?

Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when our warehouse went to pick the item they found that there was no stock available.

Although this does not happen often, when it does we have to cancel the item from the order and obviously we do not charge you for the item.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery orders to most areas of Australia should arrive 3-7 business days.

 

How long is the warranty if we purchase directly from your website?
All electric equipments come with a repair or replacement warranty within 12 months from the day of invoice. This warranty excludes not covering bulbs, fluorescent tubes, ozone tubes, normal wear and tear, negligence, accident.
